HSC 2810 - Case Management Practicum

The practicum experience is the final course of the ATC-CM program. The practicum experience provides the student an avenue to demonstrate a higher level of case management knowledge and professional development. The on-site practicum allows students who are new to case management an opportunity to practice in a preceptor environment and partnership with a practicing Case Manager in the health care setting and a series of lectures. The practicum experience is also designed to integrate theory in a reality context of the case management role accomplished through a series of live lectures with case managers from a variety of clinical practice settings.
