ASL 1130 - American Sign Language IIIThis course, is a continuation of ASL 1150 and will emphasize advanced level of sign vocabulary, advanced linguistic principles of American Sign Language and the development of advanced receptive and expressive conversational skills. There will be additional costs required which will vary based on activities or projects such as attendance to the local Deaf club, and experiences within the Deaf community or at the Florida School for the Deaf and Blind in St. Augustine. Students will be expected to refine and practice their skills in the Sign Language Lab. Prerequisites ASL 1140 and ASL 1150 with grade “C” or better in both courses Degrees Offered A.A., A.S.
